I joined Annetts & Orchard in 2006 after spending five years working for a local pension provider. I became a Director in 2019 alongside my father, founder of Annetts & Orchard.
We have three core values that sit at the heart of everything we do: Integrity, Transparency & Clarity. Our values are who we are, and we strive to be as clear about everything; from the fees that we charge, down to the scope and scale of how we work with clients. Being upfront from the start ensures that no costs are hidden, and clients don’t encounter any unpleasant surprises at any point in the process. We provide a refreshing, transparent way of working, giving our clients the chance to plan their future, whilst ensuring that the present is worry-free.

Our Experience Moving to a Fixed Fee Structure
Tom’s 36 year old firm moved to a fixed fee structure a couple of years ago. “I’m not a fixed fee evangelist,” says Tom. “This just felt like the right thing for us, and the right thing for our clients. We’ve still got work to do, we are still transitioning clients over, but the firm is really pleased we made the switch.”
