I’m passionate about financial planning and helping my client’s live life by design and not default. With almost 30 years of experience in the profession, I’ve built my career around helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals through strategic, personalised planning. At the heart of my approach is “The Lexington Way,” a client engagement process I’ve developed to balance efficiency with meaningful relationships.
I’m also deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of financial planners. Through my Advanced Planners Group coaching program, I help others deliver a true financial planning service. My methods have consistently generated over £1 million in fee income while allowing me to work a four-day week, 40 weeks a year—proving that a well-structured approach can drive both business success and a healthy work-life balance.
I love sharing my knowledge, and I’ve been fortunate to speak at various events globally. Whether I’m covering financial planning, business efficiency, or client management, my focus is always on offering practical, actionable advice that can make a real impact.
In addition to my work with clients, I’m a frequent contributor to local and national media, including TV, radio, and press, on financial planning and investment matters. I currently write a weekly column for the Sunday Mirror, and my book, The Money Plan, which outlines the five steps I take clients through at Lexington, became an Amazon bestseller.
