Financial Planning Business Transformation

Episode 1 – Established as County Financial in 1985, transformed into Beyond Finance in 2023, driven by client feedback, employee focus groups and core beliefs.

Episode 2 – We review the client research, the new messaging that emerged, the employee focus groups and the appointment of a design agency.

Episode 3 – How we became thinking partners to clients, applied a financial planning model, introduced a new investment review process and communicated these changes to clients.

Episode 4 – We begin with the end in mind, consistent communication through the lens of our newly formed Community, staying authentic and having character rather than personality traits.

Episode 5 – How we launched Beyond Finance, carried the important parts of our heritage forwards and introduced the rebranded Beyond Finance Charitable Trust.
