I’ve worked at Emery Little since 2003, starting as a junior Paraplanner, and moving into an Ops role in 2009. Emery Little and I have gone through some pretty major changes and challenges in that time! My role has constantly evolved, as the business has grown, and in recent years, my understanding of what it means to be a Leader has totally transformed my approach with our team. As has my understanding of the need to intentionally model and define the culture of organisations and teams.

More recently, my focus has been on the development of the current and future leaders in our business, using a coaching approach. I qualified as a coach at the end of last year and do that as well as some team facilitation work alongside the day job!

Working alongside Jo Little, our CEO, and with an incredible team we are working hard to evolve Emery Little’s culture, to underpin the next stage of our development.
