Garry is the founder, owner and sole Financial Planner at HK Wealth based in Stirling, Central Scotland. The business was started as a fee based financial planning practice in 2002 using cashflow modelling, which at the time was relatively forward thinking.

Garry is past board member and past president of the Personal Finance Society and passionate about the benefits the profession of Financial Planning brings to both Financial Planners and also importantly the life changing effects on the end client.

Jo is the third generation of ‘Littles’ in Emery Little, following in her Dad and Grandad’s footsteps.

A Chartered Financial Planner, Jo became a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society at 27. She then went on to complete the Mentorship programme with the Kinder Institute to become a Registered Life Planner (RLP).

Jo looks to combine both her technical capability with the skills learned as a Registered Life Planner to help her clients build a life and financial plan around what matters most to them.

Jo sits on the Board of NextGen Planners, a membership organisation focused on supporting quality education, innovation and diversity in the financial planning community. Jo is also a member of The Ideas Exchange, a mastermind group whose membership includes owners and decision makers of financial planning firms, whose shared experience and ideas are constantly pushing Emery Little to improve client service and experience.

Jo believes financial planning is fundamentally life planning.The client, their life, and what’s important to them has to drive the technical side of things and any investment decisions. When working with clients, to Jo, it is their life that always come first, not their money, and you need to listen to them properly to understand what matters to them.
